| Description | Radical to extremist Feminist party aiming to create a female-centric society free of male domination, and for some members, a society free of males altogether. Party sees all ills in humanity and all living things deriving from 'Man's rule over nature' and the relation of females (and animals) to males as nothing more than slavery. Party and its symbol were inspired by the worldwide Women's Strike Day held on March 8, 1994, launching the `Feminist party - Die Frauen` a year later. Party leaders on May 29, 2019 chose to capitalize THE WOMEN as in 'Feminist Party THE WOMEN' in its literature, on ballots and officially, and zestfully enforces this change [Link] (Feministische Partei DIE FRAUEN, short name DIE FRAUEN). THE WOMEN is led by spokeswomen Sabine Scherbaum, Adelheid Wohlfahrt and Margot Müller. |
