Centrist party founded by Santander-based civil engineer and 2022 presidential candidate Rodolfo Hernández with a focus on combatting corruption and protecting Colombia's water supply. Party had a surprise success in 2019 when it took control of the Bucaramanga city mayorship and four seats in the Council and two more in the Assembly [Liga de Gobernantes Anticorrupción (LIGA); literally translated as the League of Anti-Corruption Rulers].
