| Description | Big tent electoral alliance that competed in legislative elections held on April 3, 2022. Alliance had a primary focus of unseating Hungary's prime minister, Viktor Orbán, and taking legislative dominance away from the Fidesz–KDNP coalition. Alliance consisted of six founding parties, three associate parties and three organizations. The founding parties were Jobbik, the Momentum Movement, the Hungarian Socialist Party (MSZP), Dialogue for Hungary, the Democratic Coalition (DK), and the LMP-Hungary's Green Party. Alliance was led by Péter Márki-Zay who was elected the alliance's prime ministerial candidate in 2022. Alliance took 57 seats in the 199-seat National Assembly that year, since reduced to 49 after the departure on alliance member Jobbik. Infighting and bitterness over the leadership of Márki-Zay brought about the alliance's eventual demise on April 3, 2024 [Ellenzéki összefogás (EÖ)]. |
