DescriptionI just received word from Leroy Pletten, Secretary of the Prohibition Party National Committee, that the judge has scheduled the trial to determine the "true" Prohibition National Committee. The trial will begin at 10:00 a.m., 8/16/2007, in Media, Pennsylvania.

It is not clear how many people will attend. Since the late Dodge faction national convention only attracted two people from outside of Colorado, it does not seem that they will send too many to the trial proceedings. At least four people from the Webb faction are likely to attend.
