Description | LAPD Lieutenant Lou Vince was awarded $4.3 million dollars as a result of a lawsuit where Vince alleged that the LAPD pressured Vince to return to work after multiple injuries and forced Vince to work "undesirable shifts" and caused Vince to become a target of harassment. The complaint was primarily based on Vince's constant changes of assignments and a lack of accommodation for Vince's injuries. Vince, a resident of Agua Dulce, joined the department in 1995 and unsuccessfully ran for Congress in 2016. |
