“We have made history in Andalusia”. Juan Manuel Moreno swept yesterday in the regional elections in Andalusia and achieved the first absolute majority of the Popular Party in the region. The PP's 58 seats, with 43% of the vote, are a milestone in a fief dominated by the PSOE since the arrival of democracy. In addition, the PP deactivates the Vox órdago, which loses its ability to influence the future Government despite rising two seats compared to 2018. The PSOE worsens the results of 2018 ―it goes from 33 to 30―, obtains its worst historical vote in the community and goes from shock to shock. For Andalusia (the coalition that brings together IU, Podemos, Más País and three other formations) has achieved a parliamentary group, with five representatives, and Adelante Andalucía achieves two, but those two leftist candidates lose 10 seats compared to what was achieved with a list unitary in 2018.
