Description | When the inevitable question arose late in a news conference Friday in Springfield, Republican U.S. Senate nominee Jack Ryan appeared weary, but not surprised.
He'd been asked it just about every time he'd faced a camera since winning the GOP primary Tuesday.
And, some of his own supporters now warn, he will continue to be asked the question until the Nov. 2 general election, or until there is an answer to the question:
