he St. Patrick's Day Capital Breakfast drew a high-powered State House crowd Wednesday morning, including leaders from all areas of state government. Attendees were treated to a menu of scrambled eggs, French toast and Irish humor.
But many of the breakfast's attendees are now criticizing Gov. Craig Benson's presentation, in which he played scenes from a violent, R-rated film and footage of a pre-adolescent child selling beer and making lewd remarks to women.
