Description | Chief Justice Stuart Rabner has asked Democrats and Republicans to try again to arrive at a consensus candidate as the tiebreaker for congressional redistricting so that the Supreme Court doesn’t have to make the decision.
In a letter sent by Rabner on Tuesday, the court asked that the commission “reconvene and recommend a single consensus choice from both parties.” |
