| Description | Despite having two candidates on the ballot for Weld County Commission District 1, only one remains eligible for the position.
Democrat John Shull moved from District 1 a little more than a month ago after purchasing a home in another area of Greeley.
Shull and his wife moved for financial reasons. They began the searching for a home before COVID-19 but paused the process during the height of the pandemic. Shull said their move was delayed due to events prior to closing, which is why they moved after ballots were printed.
Because their new home is outside of District 1 boundaries, he is not eligible for the Weld County Commission seat. |
