| Description | A West Virginia nurse who spoke at the 2020 Republican National Convention is accused of shooting a woman in the stomach.
Amy Ford, 39, who was identified in a court filing as "Amy Thorn," was charged with malicious or unlawful assault, WSAZ-TV reports.
The victim, who was reportedly shot in the abdomen, was identified as Jonda Whitt, WSAZ-TV reports. Mingo County Police chief Grady Dotson told WCHS-TV Ford claimed she acted in self-defense. |
