DescriptionIn Yesterdays municipal election here Former Mayor Robert W. Speer won a sweeping victory over all his opponents and as a result commission government which has been in force in Denver for the past four years was completely overthrown. The election of Speer by a majority of 9,000 votes returns the old aldermanic form of government to Denver with but a few small changes.
