Bernie Sanders has proposed, the presidential hopeful envisions fast-tracking a series of bills during her first 100 days in office that would expand Obamacare coverage, create a public health insurance option with no premiums to cover low-income families and children under 18, and to allow Americans over 50 to enroll in a beefed-up Medicare program.
