| Description | "PoliticsNJ.com called the offices of all 21 county Surrogates between 2:35 and 3:10 on Friday, March 12 just to check and see who was at work. 10 of the 21 Surrogates were on the job, according to county employees who answered their office phones. This survey does not intend to insinuate that the eleven Surrogates who were not in normally don't work on Friday afternoons -- they were just not there today."
