| Description | Ald. James Cappleman (46th) is headed out of state to get hitched.
The openly gay lawmaker announced on his Facebook page that he plans to head to to Seattle next month to marry his longtime partner Richard Thale in a "small and private" ceremony.
Cappleman, who represents much of the Uptown neighborhood, said they made the decision after the Supreme Court ruled that same-sex couples would receive federal recognition. |
