Description | With the constant mutterings about Hillary Clinton possibly running for president in 2016, her daughter Chelsea's political ambitions are rarely front and center. That changed today when Chelsea offered a hint that she may enter the political forum at some point in the future.
"Right now I'm grateful to live in a city, in a state and a country where I strongly support my mayor, my governor, my president, my senators and my representative," stated Chelsea Clinton in an interview which aired on NBC's "Today" show on Monday. "If at some point that weren't true and I thought I could make a meaningful and measurably greater impact, I'd have to ask and answer that question." The "maybe" answer is as close to a committal that Chelsea has offered in recent years regarding the possibility of following in her parents' footsteps. |
