DescriptionNo matter what the U.S. Supreme Court decides when it issues its much anticipated health care ruling next week, State Treasurer Richard Mourdock knows just what to say.

In fact, he’s already said it.

Mourdock, the Republican nominee for Senate, prematurely posted four videos on YouTube, one for each of four scenarios: The Supreme Court rules the reforms enacted by President Barack Obama to be unconstitutional; the Court rules them constitutional; the Court keeps some parts of the law while rejecting others; or the Court gives a muddled response that in essence is no answer.

Regardless of which one turns out to be the right one, Mourdock sees a political opportunity. Each video ends with a pitch to send him money.
