Description | (The New York Post) - Bristol Palin is horrified that President Barack Obama based his decision to support same-sex marriage in part on getting to know some of his daughters' friends who have gay parents.
Palin also had swipe at hit TV show "Glee," as she took to her blog with a vitriolic rant about Obama's move, the New York Post reported Thursday.
"Is anyone really surprised by the fact that President Obama came out of the closet for gay marriage?" the 21-year-old daughter of former Alaska governor and influential Republican figure Sarah Palin wrote.
"What was most surprising is when he explained how his position (supposedly) 'evolved,' by talking to his wife and daughters."
The single mother-of-one added, "While it's great to listen to your kids' ideas, there's also a time when dads simply need to be dads."
Palin closed her rant by cracking a few pop culture jokes, referencing the first daughters Malia, 14, and Sasha, 11. |
