Description | A 42-year-old Janesville man’s suicide in front of congressman Paul Ryan’s downtown office may have been foretold. Police chief David Moore says Mark Kromrey had sent a letter to the congressman in August 2010. “In that letter, Mr. Kromrey indicated that he may commit suicide in the area of the congressman’s office,” says Moore. “Mr. Kromrey did not threaten congressman Ryan, and he told officers that he was not mad or had any hostile feelings toward congressman Ryan.” |
