| Description | Chad Condit, the son of the disgraced former Rep. Gary Condit, is launching a congressional bid as an independent candidate in California's 10th District -- also formerly known as "Condit Country."
He says neither party cares about the 10th District and pledges to carry a message about how a nonpartisan approach can break through the current gridlock. |
