Description | (New York, NY – February 24, 2012) On Monday, February 27, 2012, Duane Jackson, a dominate force in his community, the man who saved New York, and disabled Vietnam veteran, will announce his candidacy to represent New York's 19th District in the U.S. House of Representatives.
The press conference will be held at the Village of Buchanan City Hall, 236 Tate Avenue, Buchanan, N.Y. 10511
Mr. Jackson will be a candidate in the Democratic Primary. He is running to unseat Nan Hayworth, a freshman Republican member of Congress who sits on the Financial Services Committee and won in the Tea Party wave of 2010
