| Description | The Missouri Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that the new maps for state Senate districts and Missouri Congressional districts may not meet standards set out in the state constitution. It sent the Senate districts back to a commission of judges. It sent the Congressional districts back to a circuit court to consider arguments them.
The rulings come six weeks before filing starts for primary and general elections this year. |
