Description | Tributes have been paid to a former council leader and vicar, described as a "legend" in Cardiff, who has died.
Canon Bob Morgan was vicar at the Church of the Resurrection in the city's Ely district and once led the Labour-controlled South Glamorgan County Council.
He was the father of former Euro MP, Baroness Eluned Morgan.
Cardiff council offered its condolences to Canon Morgan's family and said he had made a "huge contribution".
Cardiff West MP Kevin Brennan said: "Bob was a legend in Ely, where his home at the Church of the Resurrection became an open house for the local community and its needs.
