Description | North Dakota Gov. Jack Dalrymple was in Williston on Wednesday to announce his intention to run for his first full term as governor.
The visit was one of four Wednesday stops, the others being in Jamestown, Devils Lake and Dickinson.
“When I look at what is going on around our country, how other states continue to struggle with job losses and budget deficits, I am extremely proud of what we are accomplishing here in North Dakota,” Dalrymple said.
He cited the growth and success the state has been experiencing over the past 11 years during his time first as lieutenant governor and now governor.
Dalrymple’s Lt. Gov. Drew Wrigley has agreed to be his running mate. |
