| Description | DECATUR - Carl Cole, 29, a Decatur attorney, said he will be a candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives seat held by U.S. Rep. Robert Aderholt, R-Haleyville.
The 4th District includes parts of Decatur and Morgan County, part of Pickens County and all of Marshall, DeKalb, Etowah, Blount, Cullman, Winston, Walker, Fayette, Lamar, Marion and Franklin counties.
