DescriptionDemocratic State Sen. Perry Clark of Louisville confirmed to LEO Weekly today that he penned a letter calling for President Barack Obama to resign from office.

Clark contends in the letter that the recently signed agreement to lift the debt ceiling and create a 12-member “Super Congress” to execute the policy violates the Constitution.

Parts of the letter were first posted on the website of notorious conspiracy theorist and perennial presidential candidate Lyndon LaRouche on Monday.

Clark tells LEO Weekly that the letter speaks for itself.

“What he’s doing with the Super Congress is unconstitutional. Obama is defending the international bankers. What we need to do is bring back Glass-Steagall,” he said. “But I don’t think (Obama) has the balls to stand up to them.”
