| Description | More than 100 Iowa faith leaders have endorsed Republican presidential candidate Michele Bachmann, according to her campaign.
Christian conservatives lifted Republican Mike Huckabee to a surprising second-place finish in the Iowa straw poll four years ago, then victory in the Iowa caucuses.
Bachmann in a written statement one week before next Saturday’s 2011 straw poll in Ames said: “From the start of this campaign I have promised to take the values of Iowans to the White House.” |
