Description | MADISON, Wis. -- A Wisconsin sheriff says he is investigating allegations a one Supreme Court justice choked another during a meeting.
Liberal Justice Ann Walsh Bradley claims conservative Justice David Prosser put her in a chokehold during an argument in the Capitol on June 13. The incident happened when the justices were discussing a ruling upholding Gov. Scott Walker's polarizing union rights law.
Dane County Sheriff David Mahoney issued a statement Monday saying his office was opening an investigation into the incident. |
