| Description | NEWARK — Newark Mayor Cory Booker is bringing his knack for fundraising to the national stage, and eyeing a possible run for the U.S. Senate.
"CoryPAC," a federal political action committee, was officially formed on Monday, according to documents filed with the Federal Election Commission.
While members of the Democratic mayor’s inner circle say the committee is primarily a tool to help support federal candidates in 2012, they are not ruling out a bid for Senate in the future. |
