DescriptionA challenger has stepped forward to face Wisconsin state Sen. Sheila Harsdorf should there be a recall election in the state's 10th District.

The candidacy of Democrat Shelly Moore, a River Falls resident and teacher at Ellsworth Community High School, was announced Tuesday afternoon in Hudson.

"We need representatives in Madison who will stand up to party leaders and say enough is enough," Moore said, standing in the bandshell of Lakefront Park as a couple dozen supporters held up signs behind her. "(Governor) Walker and Harsdorf are just plain wrong."
