| Description | Drew Carey doesn't appear willing to "come on down" into the Ohio Senate race.
Carey's publicist told me this afternoon "Drew does not plan to run for office," despite the draft movement being organized by a group of conservative activists in Ohio.
Earlier, I reported on the effort to lure the host of The Price is Right into the race against Democratic Sen. Sherrod Brown.
One conservative activist pointed to Carey's libertarian-conservative philosophy and recent weight loss as reasons why he should be considered to be a credible candidate.
Then again, he'd be giving up a lot of Plinko chips to trek around the Buckeye state for two years. |
