Description | Congress has a new caucus on an important issue today: inflammatory bowel diseases.
On Capitol Hill, there are caucuses for just about everything — there’s a congressional hockey caucus, a small brewers caucus, a baby caucus, a horse caucus — the list goes on.
This caucus will be called the Congressional Crohn’s and Colitis Caucus, and it will raise awareness on the inflammatory bowel diseases that the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation of America says affects 1.4 million Americans.
