DescriptionThe Wisconsin State Senate has approved a resolution that would set a deadline of 4:00 p.m. Thursday for Wisconsin's 14 Democratic state senators to return to Senate chambers.

TODAY"S TMJ4's Mick Trevey says law enforcement could go out with a warrant and detain them, possibly with the use of force.

According to Trevey, senators could be picked up, held against their will, chained and brought back to Senate chambers to vote on Governor Scott Walker's budget repair bill.

But according to one Democratic senator, Middleton's Jon Erpenbach, he's not coming back despite the resolution, and he doesn't believe his colleagues would, either.

"We hand them over ideas, and they come back us with handcuffs," said Erpenbach to Newsradio 620 WTMJ.
