Description"The campaigns of U.S. Sen. John Edwards and U.S. Rep. Dennis Kucinich have cut a deal to swing supporters to the other candidate if one of them is not viable in a given precinct in tonight's Iowa caucuses.
Under caucus rules, a candidate must garner the support of 15 percent of participants to be considered viable after the first round. If a candidate is not viable, his supporters may move to another candidate or declare themselves uncommitted in the final round."
