DescriptionThe FINANCIAL -- BRUSSELS. Some 10,000 people celebrated on February 17 Belgium's world record in the city of Ghent for facing the longest political crisis, RIA Novosti informs.

Belgians staged a huge party where some young participants stripped down to their underwear to draw attention to the political crisis and mark the occasion.
