Description | House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) was moved to tears on Thursday afternoon in the Capitol at a ceremony that, while solemn, was not intended to be sad.
The occasion was the 50th anniversary of Democratic President John F. Kennedy's historic 1961 inaugural address, known worldwide for the lines, "Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country." |
