DescriptionFirst came the LIVESTRONG bracelet, now the LEGALIZE IT bracelet. I think it's safe to assume that marijuana - aka weed, dope, chronic, African bush, dank, OG Kush, sour diesel etc. - is familiar to college students, college-age students and the general population under the age of 75. Most of us have been exposed at one point or another, and I dare say some of us may have partaken of such the devious substance.

There has always been such a stigma about weed. Ever since the ridiculous (albeit hilarious) movie, "Reefer Madness," people have thought of marijuana as this drug that ruined lives and exposed people to newer, more dangerous substances. Myself, I can't comment on any sort of experience I may or may not have had with this dastardly coward of a drug.

Throughout the years there have been many powerful proponents and opponents of the drug. But, there are no states that can claim to be as ardent a supporter of free and open pot usage as California.
