| Description | At the age of 74, one of Arkansas’ hardest-working Republicans died Saturday at his home.
Lynn Lowe was “truly one of the first Miller County individuals to be a conservative Republican. Apparently he was born a Republican and stayed true to the cause his entire life,” said longtime friend Don Ruggles.
