Description Attorney General Drew Edmondson tonight conceded the Democratic gubernatorial primary to Lt. Gov. Jari Askins.

On the Republican side, U.S. Rep. Mary Fallin of Oklahoma City had a commanding lead. The Associated Press declared her the nominee with about 56 percent of the vote.
