Sodomy charges against Martin Lindstedt have been dropped by the Newton County Prosecutor’s Office.
In 2005, Lindstedt was charged with inappro-priately kissing a young family member on the child’s back, buttocks and groin sometime between March and August 2003.
On Friday, Jacob Skouby, prosecuting attorney, filed a “nolle prosequi.” According to the Missouri Bar Association’s Handbook for Reporters, in a criminal case, this means the prosecutor will not further prosecute the case. |
