| Description | Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. (HIG) said Paul Kirk has returned to its board after leaving to fill the U.S. Senate seat of Edward Kennedy.
Kirk, 72, was appointed to the seat last fall after the death of the veteran Massachusetts politician.
The insurer also said Thomas Renyi, retired chairman of Bank of New York Mellon Corp. (BK), joined the board after working for nearly 40 years in the financial services industry. |
