DescriptionA man who threatened House Minority Whip Eric Cantor (R-Va.) has been declared unfit for trial by a federal court, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported Tuesday.

Norman Leboon, 38, has been ordered to undergo four months of psychiatric treatment at a federal prison with a mental health facility so that he could eventually be fit to stand trial, according to U.S. Attorney Robert K. Reed.

Leboon, a Philadelphia native, taped a YouTube video in which he said of Cantor, "You're an abomination, you receive my bullets in your office, remember they will be placed in your heads. You and your children are Lucifer's abominations."
