Weinzapfel all but ruled out a run for the House on Tuesday, the day after he said has no interest in trying to fill the Senate seat that will be left vacant by Evan Bayh’s retirement. Some observers have envisioned a scenario in which U.S. Rep. Brad Ellsworth would run to replace Bayh and Weinzapfel then to replace Ellsworth. |
