Description | Bernie Madoff's embattled relatives are on a short leash: They have to publicly account for every penny they spend.
Court documents filed Friday revealed that the Ponzi schemer's sons Andrew and Mark, brother Peter and niece Shana will disclose their finances within 30 days and announce changes monthly.
Bankruptcy Trustee Irving Picard sued the four in October for using the Madoff firm as a "family piggy bank" and siphoning $198 million to finance a gold-plated lifestyle. |
