DescriptionMaking the rounds delivering oil to needy residents in the Boston area this morning, Joseph P. Kennedy II addressed Republican Scott Brown's Senate victory last week, jokingly saying his decision not to run for the seat his uncle held for almost five decades "wasn't the greatest decision I ever made in my life."

"The thought had crossed my mind,'' said Kennedy with a wide grin on his face, in response to a question from a reporter about whether he regretted not running.
