Description"Just when we thought American taxpayers might get out of the Copenhage climage change conference unscathed, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton swooped in to put $100 billion, much of it from their pockets, on the table.

The pay-outs will go to some of the most unstabled and unpleasant regimes in the world to bribe them into cutting their emssisions.

And the United Nations, which has such an excellent record of keeping the Third World potentates honest, will be in charge of making sure the money gets spent as intended.

What a nightmare. It's nothing more than a blank check transferring the wealth of the developed world to the developing world, which is pretty much the driving goal of the whole global warming farce.

Our only hope is that China, which wants the money but not the monitoring, will derail this shakedown."
