Description | Even though President Obama will not give a speech encouraging students to do well in school until Monday, anti-Obama parents across the country are already making their anger heard. In Anchorage, School District Superintendent Carol Comeau gave teachers permission to feature the President's speech in their classes and received no small amount of angry e-mails from parents committed to keeping their children from hearing
anything the President has to say.
The Anchorage Daily News reported on the contents of some of these e-mails, one of which was particularly troubling: "As Adolf Hitler began to 'educate' the youth ... he created a generation of youth who were loyal to not only the fascist state but to him personally." |
