| Description | Wabash was declared winner of the OC Republican Primary late Friday night. Phelps was overheard saying to supporters "Veni, Vidi, Vici."
"We were behind," said Wabash. "But thanks to Mr. Pitt's fatal endorsement of Mr. Moderate we were able to beat all odds and pull ahead."
"I want to thank Mr. Moderate, Sherlock Holmes, The Eggplant That Ate Chicago, Sen Frank Lautenberg, and all others who ruthlessly tried to destroy me and bring down all that I have accomplished," said Wabash. "I hope we now can take the same spirit of love and friendship we had in the primary and win the general election."
