| Description | A possible candidate for U.S. Senate next year in Illinois is urging incumbent Senator Roland Burris to make up his mind about the election.
Congressman Danny Davis says Burris' plans will be a big factor in his own decision to run or not.
DAVIS: That would play seriously in the thinking of any African American who may be interested.
Davis and Burris are both African American.
DAVIS: I'm hoping that the senator will hurry up and publicly let people know whether he intends to run for election. |
