| Description | Raj Narayanan, whose bid to win the Dallas City Council District 13 seat ran headlong into two well-funded opponents, announced this morning that he's exiting the race.
He will endorse businesswoman and former Dallas plan commissioner Ann Margolin, who along with tax consulting executive Brint Ryan are attempting to fill a District 13 vacancy created because current officeholder Mitchell Rasansky is term limited by law.
Although Narayanan appointed a campaign treasurer in April and has campaigned ever since, he never formally filed a candidacy during the filing period that runs from February 9 to March 9. |
